Stayed at this lovely Phoenix home and honestly… I’m considering not telling anyone about it so I can keep it all to myself next time.
The privacy was top-tier — it felt like our own little desert hideout. No awkward run-ins, no noise, just peace and quiet (and the occasional lizard minding its own business). The space was generous, so no one had to do that polite “you go ahead, I’ll just squeeze by” dance.
And the kitchen? Fantastic. Fully equipped and actually enjoyable to cook in — which is saying something, because I usually treat cooking on vacation like a last resort. This one almost made me forget takeout exists.
Five stars all the way. Would absolutely stay again… assuming I don’t accidentally convince too many people to book it first.

This place has everything you could want, and more, for a wonderful stay! The house is spacious, immaculately clean, and offers plenty of privacy.
The Melrose location is fantastic, just a short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions.
We especially loved relaxing in the private backyard area, and the direct access to the canal walking trail.
Colin was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were cozy, living areas were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals during our stay. The location was great for what we needed and the backyard was perfect for enjoying the Phoenix sun during the day and hanging out by the fire pit at night! Being able to do laundry before packing back up was nice as well.
Check-in was smooth and easy with clear instructions, and Colin was incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

One of the best Airbnb stays I have had, hands down!! What a home. Can’t wait to go back.
This home truly feels like a home, not just a rental. It was exceptionally clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully set up. Every space was comfortable and inviting, and it was clear that a lot of pride goes into maintaining the property. From arrival to checkout, everything felt easy and seamless.
The Melrose neighborhood is a huge highlight. It is quiet, charming, and centrally located, with excellent restaurants, coffee spots, and local places to eat just minutes away. Getting around Phoenix from this location was simple and convenient. The canal access is a major bonus. Being able to hop on the canal path for bike rides or walks made the stay even better and added a relaxing outdoor element that you do not get everywhere.
Overall, this place exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and genuinely welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
